Eligibility for Refunds: We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all tags, protective packaging, and accessories.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@thewatchcollections.pk with your order number and the reason for your request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund request in accordance with our store policy.

Exceptions: Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
